Three-Day Event Offers One-Of-A-Kind Fine Art, Live Musical Performances and Children’s Activities

Watters Creek Fine Arts Festival, in partnership with the Allen Arts Alliance, returns this spring with a juried selection of outstanding fine arts and crafts along with children’s interactive art activities, face painting and live entertainment.
